Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

We used Vantage Circle as a token of reward for the employees. Recently I won the Star of the month award along with that I have been awarded 3000 Vantage points. When I checked in Vantage Circle that I can redeem every point to a gift voucher I was really surprised, it motivated me to earn more awards like this in future so I can keep earning rewards. I really appreciate this Vantage Circle and Vantage points, with which I made my Diwali Shopping. Bought apparel for the festive season, I was also motivated by colleagues by showing what I have bought using the Vantage points.

Pros

  • Indirectly motivated employees to increase productivity by offering Vantage points as their rewards.
  • Offered most wanting coupons to redeem
  • Created a better work environment - with the award we get recognition, but with Vantage points, we got rewards along with recognition.

Cons

  • Vantage Circle can provide movie tickets on redeem options
  • Dine in voucher on top restaurants
  • The most important feature is appreciation, when one person earns an award, another person also gets to see and appreciate it. One way to earn the popularity of Vantage Circle among employees.
  • Vantage Circle- I couldn't think of any negative impact
  • Nowadays no one takes time to appreciate someone. Even if conveyed in words, some people could get jealous. But giving reward to someone who worked hard, it motivates others to focus on their work more than getting jealous.
See, I used to work in Amazon, they offer Amazon gift card which I can use only on Amazon. But I felt Vantage Point is unique. I could use the gift card in any available merchants that Vantage Point offers. When I get to choose my rewards, it feels more than enough. I am a proud user of Vantage Point

As far as now I came to know about Vantage Circle in organization, it is well suited for employees. Less appropriate I couldn't think of any.
