Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
My company uses this software to appreciate it's employees. I have been also appreciated by my manager through this platform. It's very important to increase morale or confidence of your employees & if you can do it by providing monetary benefits then it's a plus point. Vantage Circle is able to do that perfectly.
- Monetary Appreciation
- Proper Shields or Awards distribution system
- Increase the morale of employees
- Wide collection of gift cards & rewards & redeeming them is so easy & fast
- can we have a feature of redeeming points as cash, with of course a small fee as applicable
- there is no going back once the gift card is generated, if the member converted a gift card by mistake, then there is no way to credit back those points back to the account, so I would recommend if this feature is enabled so that the user has an option to revert the points into the account.
- The downside is that the voucher amounts are fixed, i.e, 100,200,1000 etc. If by chance, I only got 99 points in my vantage wallet, then I would not be able to redeem these 99 points through any voucher because the minimum voucher value is 100. Therefore, flexibility in the redemption of amounts should be there.
- Points redeeming process should always be easy & smooth
- Wide range of companies vouchers should be there
- there should be no additional/hidden charges while redeeming these points.

- Employees now work more efficiently & effectively with such increased morale
- Managers now have a perfect medium through which they can appreciate their subordinates efforts.
