My organization uses Vantage Circle to reward it's employees by crediting Vantage points to them as a token of appreciation which the employees can use to buy vouchers of leading e-commerce sites. Instead of giving vouchers of a specific e-commerce sites this allows the employees to choose the site as per their preference which keeps them motivated.

- Provides additional cashback when we order from their platform.
- Vantage points never expire.
- Can look to include more e-commerce sites like Decathlon, Lenskart etc.
- Can look to provide bonus Vantage points to regular users.
- Can include more denominations of vouchers like 50/100/150.

- It provides a sense of flexibility and ownership
Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.
