Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
My organization distributes Vantage Circle points as rewards to their employees. Once points are given to employees, he/she can redeem them in a very efficient way as there are lots of options from which the employee can choose. I like this one.
- It has lots of options to redeem in every sector, such as entertainment, food, eCommerce, etc.
- It has a simple and easy to redeem flow.
- The UI is very attractive for dashboard and add and checkout pages.
- For the gift voucher, I think the validity was missing. It should be mentioned that if you purchase it, then it should be expired at that particular time.
- Purchase Amazon gift cards
- There is no negative impact if you guys securing personal information.
- There is lots of positive impact, which can be describe in a Nobel only.
I used 'BE BRILLIANT' which is ongoing in the Harman organization. BE BRILLIANT doesn't have a lot of variety of options to purchase as Vantage, so Vantage is more giving.
