Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

We are a large IT services company with more that 2.5 lac employees. Our employees deliver best in class services to our clients. At times there are some very complex projects which has a greater impact on the operations conducted by our clients. Sometime it's the team or an induvial who performs beyond his capacity to deliver the project to the client. We usually reward such teams or employees with Vantage Circle points. In some cases there are employees who complete 5, 10, or 15 years in an organization. To honor them, we usually allocate Vantage points to them.
  • Vantage Circle encourages the employees for the outstanding work they perform
  • Vantage Circle give flexibility on how to spend the points
  • Vantage points give good visibility of what an employee has rewarded for ..over a period of time.
  • Currently, there are many options to spend the points earned, maybe here is a scope in doing something more in this area
  • Maybe, a mobile app would help in looking at points earned and spent
  • Some kind of notification on the expiry of purchased gift cards may help
  • Ease with which the rewards can be given to team members
  • Flexibility to spend the points
  • Transparency in the transactions of earing and spending the rewards
  • Positive impact is that the managers are flexibility in awarding the teams
  • Managers do not have to go through lengthy approval system
  • Negatives, i have not notices any as of now
I have not come across any other product similar to Vantage Circle.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.
