Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for backups and restoring files / VMs / etc. I enjoy the product and its very easy to use.
We use it for backing up and restoring drives and files for users.

setting up a S3 vault, at first I selected the wrong option until i found the correct menu, it was a lil confusing for me. I wasnt sure the correct Cloud storage option to choose. but after i got it wrong the first time I was able to find it the second guess.

I use it and i know it can restore to a cloud or on site. We restore individual files when we need them. We also restore entire VMs, as well as individual drives.
This is extremely useful in many different cases, when we need to recover data.
We also use it to restore drives from 1 machine to a different machine, as well as files.

Alternatives Considered

I never had a different cloud backup solution. Only on site, and Veeam has been way better.

doing backups and restores in AWS.
Its great for cloning virtual machines into a new environment. It is also great for doing backups of our EC2s and VMs in AWS.
One thing I wish is there was a direct-to-cloud backup. where you didn't have to first back it up onsite. If you dont have the storage on site for all the backups you want, you could run into an issue.
