Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Azure
Veeam backup for Azure is just like my solution for my on prem backups. It is easy to use, setup, and had options to scale out to immutable backup repositories. It also is quite fast and flexible, and cost is very affordable for the level of support you receive from Veeam Support.

- Better integration into azure where a VM is not required
- More updated UI, although its great it hasn't changed much through the years
- Time savings due to ease of use and automated backups
- immutable backup options to improve overall security

It is much faster, easier to use, has multiple scale out repositories that are immutable. Azure Backup works but it is slow when processing backups, and restoring backups. It is not flexible compared to Veeam.
