Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is used to store all the data connected to our Microsoft 365 suite. This can reassure a variety of concerns, such as employee turnover, cybersecurity, and cloud-based storage. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 handles everything behind the scene to ensure a seamless backup experience. First, lets us back up our Office365 data. We haven't done this before because Office365 doesn't contain any method to do this. We also had trouble archiving users' mailboxes into PST files when they left the company with only Office365 tools, which was difficult and time-consuming. With Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, it's very simple and fast.
  • It is easy to install and configure.
  • It can keep information on-premises or in the cloud.
  • Recovery is straightforward and flexible.
  • Backup can complete user profiles in email/Outlook, SharePoint and Teams.
  • I want to have the backup move at once to the cloud as opposed to living on my hardware initially.
  • User interface and recovery run quite slow on older hardware.
  • Veeam's search function seems to be outdated.
  • Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 has furnished us with a controllable backup for 365, which we didn't have before.
  • It was a cost effective solution as it saves tons of data for a considerable price.
  • The process of installing the software program is straightforward and takes little time to maintain.
This tool is easy to use, intuitive, and easy to understand. The recovery process is easy to implement and you do not need to be a system expert to use it.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 allows us to have our own backup. Microsoft offers a built-in backup solution, but sensitive data, like emails and legal documents, go to us and that's exactly what we can do with Veeam Backup for MS365. We tried another solution involving manual steps to get this data, but with Veeam Backup for MS365, everything can be automated.
Speaking to our supplier, he spoke about the excellent level of service provided by Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.

It is strongly recommended for any organization that primarily has Office 365 data. While Microsoft is responsible for providing a high-availability service, it is not responsible for the security of its data. It's free for organizations with fewer users and offers a very good plan for a large user base.
