Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

The Veeam backup platform ensures that data that flows in our organization is directed to a safe directory. In my department, we collect patients' data and store it using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. The system has automated recovery options for extracting misplaced data from any system. Sharing files is fast with this platform and the storage disks offer secure workload storage. We could not have managed to secure and control our company data.

We used to lose a lot of data and expose our information to unauthorized third parties. We discovered that our data was at risk of being destroyed by cyber attacks. My department had lost most patients' data which was critical in updating our records and following the situation of our customers. It has a smart way of arranging files under folders for easy access.
The performance of this platform has been great with the flexible dashboard. We have managed to save a lot of costs that were used to recover data. Documents stored under this platform are always secure and meet the regulation threshold. The customer support team gives all directions of working with this platform effectively and when we are stacked they offer timely support. It displays data KPIs from each department in well-elaborated graphs.
The company has really benefited from the entire data control and protection process. There was a period when we lost patients' data and this brought a great nightmare to our department. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 did the best and recovered all the data within a short period of time restoring workflow progress. The security tools protect the entire organization's data from any external attacks.
We have benefited from restoring to the file's original location when we lost our data. The system directory and storage systems are always powerful with automated service plans. In my experience, I have never worked with a well-organized platform such as Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. Lost emails and any files are recovered easily with less cost.
The best feature that I was pleased with is the self-service restore portal. This feature gives all our team members an opportunity to recover lost data from the search directory easily. The other great feature is hybrid support that enhances data backup from cloud servers. It ensures that in case there is data loss from our on-premises the cloud servers restore it immediately.
The overall support of this platform has been great with excellent performance. We have not lost any data since we deployed Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. Our organization workflows progress effectively and when there is data backlogging it offers an immediate solution. The customer support staff is reliable when we reach them for assistance.

Mining data from every corner of our business and exposing it to secure analysis has boosted our panning techniques. It provides a secure network for sharing documents within the company and from any location. Customer support is always on standby and ready to offer any assistance upon request.
