Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We use it to backup email, sharepoint and onedrive to Azure Blob. We back up all our users' resources in Australia, Asia and Europe. This allows us to restore any of the above resources in case of data loss in Microsoft 365. Great software. I really recommend it, really really really really really recommend it.

We needed a backups solution to satisfy our insurance needs and we are a medical organisation.
We have been able to restore users' data where they have deleted their emails before leaving the organisation.
Yes, we have not only restored back to Microsoft 365, but also to shared folders after users have left the organisation.
I like to restore emails back to users' mailboxes or into a shared folder if the mailbox was used to receive faxes.
Also, restoring onedrives to shared folders is useful as well.
