Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
We use Veeam Backup as a service.
- Veeam is the best backup solution I have used to date! Simple to install, configure and manage. When it does have an error, 90% of the error messages are in simple English as to what has caused the fault. Would definitely recommend to others!
- For the most part, it works and is relatively straight-forward to configure. Their support is good, although I tire of hearing the blames on Microsoft VSS. If you're going to code and sell software based off a different vendor's framework, be prepared to offer support for both yours and the framework vendor's products! That said though, I really do like this software.
- I would love to see an option for physical backups so I could switch my entire environment over to Veeam.
- Great solution, nothing but helpful and reliable.
