Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication

It is being used throughout the organization. The main commercial problem for us is the price since it is not intended for small businesses which are the majority of our customers.

Pros

  • It is fast.
  • It is robust.

Cons

  • It is expensive for small businesses.
  • Sometimes it is complicated to use.
  • At the moment, we don't have enough sales to analyze it.
Only our servers, our idea is to sell it to our customers.
At the moment, no. Actually, more than being able to restore in the cloud, what interests us is to be able to make backups in the cloud.
Our clients ask us to test the copies regularly and Veeam allows us to do it.
We have used the Altaro Backup Solution and the integrated Windows Server Backup solution for several years.
Altaro VM Backup, NAKIVO Backup & Replication
It is perfect for large and mixed environments but is not as interesting for small environments.
