We are using it for our internal systems, mainly backing up our VMware VMs to a backup repository on a Linux server providing a restore point in case of unforeseen problems that require an immediate solution.

There is a gradual increase in the use of Veeam Backup & Replication to protect our virtual workloads. We have extended the use of Veeam to perform replications to our DR Site using the scripting feature to do re-IP in order for the services to take over. We have confidence in the reliability of Veeam products thus we deployed more Veeam to protect our resources.

Our engineers often made mistakes and had permanently removed virtual resources that impacted our services. We have managed to mitigate such risks with our backups on Veeam.
