Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365

I am using the service to back up 300+ Microsoft 365 mailboxes, OneDrive, and SharePoint Sites. This is a seamless service that helped to get around the needs for manual tasks, hardware support, and extra costs for licensing. The way the system is designed basically removes all the hassles from any other options, and the usage is very simple; restoring files or mailboxes used to be a real bother, but now, is not different than just sing to your email or online starage space and after a few clicks your email or file is in your selected place.

It is a fact that even if we do not have the need for watch over the exchange servers anymore, the users could delete data at any given time, and Microsoft is only giving the option to go back up to 30 days. It is necessary to keep the company information for longer than that.

I have run several test restoring individual and multiple emails to the original location, I find this capability highly necessary and very easy to use.

The ability to restore individual emails, files, SharePoint items, or messages without rolling back the entire mailbox or document library.
The search function is powerful, allowing for quick filtering by date, sender, subject, or file name.
I can restore data directly to Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 or export it as a PST, MSG, or PDF.
