Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365
We mainly use the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 as a backup for our SharePoint and Onedrive. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 backup provides us to recover data without contacting Microsoft which delays our recovery time.

As the company started to grow with more users and increased usage, we did not have a backup strategy in the event of data loss. We wanted to avoid any delays in restoring our data and to have control of the recovery process. Therefore we decided to use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 as it was competitive.
Fortunately, we have not had any attacks. We have had to use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to restore individual users accounts, and it was very efficient and recovered data as expected.
We have used the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to restore a users complete account as they did not use the account for a long period of time and the account was deleted.
The dashboard information provides an overview of the data. Testing feature: allows us to simulate attacks or data loss. Monitoring the storage use by users to see if any are abusing it.
We found Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 user friendly, the other backup solution were giving errors when restoring, support wasn't good.
