Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365

We use Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 to back up our Mail, One Drive, SharePoint and Teams data. This has saved us in the past as a user had deleted mail, that we were able to restore and have then back up and running in a very short time frame.
This also saved us as a mailbox was deleted when the license was removed and we were able to restore this mailbox to a newly created shared mailbox whit out the loss of any mail.

We needed a back solution to make sure in the event of any failure we could recover our mail and SharePoint data, and also be able to recover clean copies of files or emails in the event of any malware of ransom ware attacks.

Yes, we definitely benefited for this, as we had a case where a mailbox was accidentally deleted and we were able to fully restore the mailbox.

Yes we have use the function to restore a mailbox to the original Office 365 mailbox, and also to restore some deleted files in a SharePoint folder to their original location

The unlimited space available to store backups as we have set our retention period for a few years to be able to recover emails or files, in the event that they are not noticed as missing for a period of time.
