Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
I use Veeam Data Platform to support my home business. It is very easy to use, and has performed flawlessly for me for a long time.
I have on occasion, like everyone, inadvertently deleted files that I needed. Veeam Data Platform has made restoration of those files quick and painless, removing stress.
Everything else from backups to replications has functioned as expected as well, leaving me free to focus on business aspects without worrying about backups.
Email alerts are configured to let me know if there's something to worry about, otherwise it's set-it and forget-it, only checking in periodically just to make sure it's working as expected.

7. About what I expected.
- It has saved me serious time rebuilding excel sheets that were corrupted or deleted accidentally
- It has saved me hours rebuilding VM's after bad updates
Moved to Veeam Data Platform when CrashPlan got too expensive for my use case.
Veeam Data Platform was a significantly more powerful option than CrashPlan, as well as providing numerous features with VM's and the like that CrashPlan did not have available.
The speed of Veeam Data Platform is much higher, as are the customization options.

Veeam Data Platform is a much more affordable solution, especially if you have your own local backup targets.
It has proven to be faster and more reliable, with less quirks and weirdness than CrashPlan had, especially with large backupsets.
I do not regret the switch and have no intention of moving back.
