Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Data Platform
We have been using Veeam as a centralized, company-wide tool for DB backups and DB restores for all SQL servers (Non-Prod & Prod) for many years, which does provide operational efficiency, consistency, flexibility, quality and disaster recovery capability with needed portability to integrate with other vendor's data management or data masking tools.

Lack of a centralized, company-wide DB backup/restore tool before Veeam
Most of our data assets are on-prem, cloud migration is under evaluation.
We have Commvault for backing up Db2 databases.
