We use Veeam to backup our Hyper-V VMs on a daily basis.

The triggering action was that we were using a different solution that was slower and more expensive.
We use Veeam's feature to push a backup copy to the cloud.
No we do not use this feature.
Veeam is much faster and more cost effective than NetVault.
