We use Velocify in admissions and use it to organize our lead base. It is a tool used every day and we manage to this and get reports from this.

Sometimes it times out during the day while you are using velocify and you have to log back in

Velocify is very user friendly and very easy to catch on. In priority view, you can almost always contact the individuals that need to be contacted.

I think it is important for how individuals use lead bases and what type of reports they need or want.
