Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

We use Verint Speech to narrow down how the guest feels about our system and products they use everyday. Before we had no insights in what the guest thought beside word of mouth. Now with Verint Speech we have been able to review more and give more insight the our company over all. Great product

Because between the training and integration of this product, I feel that this has been a seamless integration. The amount of training that is provided is second to none and the tams make sure you are taken care of in every way. I have nothing but great things to say about this product.
We did not have anything like this before but we did go through a long review and found out no other company had everything we needed. With our security and technology department we did decide that this was the best product for our business. Have all great thing to say and would recommend this to everyone.

Using the verint speech to troubleshoot the mobile app and before we did not have any viability on this topic before. Also before we had no way to look at anything that the guest had going on and now we are really able to drill down in every way to take care of the guest needs.
