Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

Verint Speech and Text Analytics has helped us to streamline how the information comes in, being able to take opportunity of where we can possibly improve processes on the front end, and being able to take trends within the data to better enhance the experience for not only our users but our patients as well.

Pros

  • The product does a great job at capturing the information and housing it, but then also allowing us to source it to best fit our needs. We are able to manipulate the information that we have and build on that. We can enhance what the speech analytics at any time. And so we've been able to expand upon what we've developed with it so that it has a better use case for us.

Cons

  • I'm seeing now other opportunities that there are that kind of connect with the speech analytics. There's the AQM piece, there's the AI piece. So really packaging all those pieces together seems to help get the best use out of the speech analytics. Right now there's a lot of opportunity. There's manual entry based on what it's capturing. So the automation pieces AI really help with not having as much manual intervention and that some of that information's already captured and gives the insights a lot faster.
  • Positive impact, saving time and money by getting that data and insights we're able to make changes and to increase efficiency.
  • Negative impact. It's not necessarily a negative impact, but I'd say the pain point and challenge is just being able to keep up with the manual maintenance, with the speech analytics piece to capture the trends that we found in the data.

I do a lot of evaluations that are not related to interaction, but I'm storing the data within Verint Speech and Text Analytics because we have the coaching opportunities. There's other stuff we can do with the data by having the evaluations there. So the speech analytics doesn't necessarily benefit me in that capacity at this time, but maybe future state. There's more that I could do with the coaching sessions or tying in the users that have standard evals, but also have interactions and phone calls and kind of giving a full picture there
