Overall Satisfaction with Verint Speech and Text Analytics

As a partner we have to solve for all customer issues. Shipping and Healthcare industries are biggest with us. Transcript accuracy matters when making sure agents are following regulatory requirements on the phone.

  • As a partner we have never had someone debook the speech as a feature, I think that speaks to the universal utility of it
Wish language model and LAC construction was something user could do themselves
