Overall Satisfaction with Verint Workforce Management

I use Verint for WFM forecasting and scheduling, queue analytics, organizations creation, profile updates, adherence.
I would like to see what AI can do for the fte's and the kpi's.

we do not do shift swaps in my department but all other functions for staff are being utilized
