Vertex Indirect Tax O Series

Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

Both sales and purchase transactions in the US and Canada.

Pros

  • Track sales
  • Calculate sales and use tax

Cons

  • Washington and Colorado TAID's
  • Found that Vertex missed city annexations in SD for many years
  • Customer service, I should not have to jump though hoops to get you to fix TAID's
  • Average over 10 hours a week researching TAID errors.
As I mentioned already far too many hours are spent researching errors, and then when we try to get them fixed, your customer service team wants me to provide all the documentation to why I think it is wrong, but we can not get an answer to why you choose that outcome.
Over all your content is across all states, but there is areas that need to be improved. I will use the MN care tax for example you do not seem to support this tax.
The product could be more intuitive, things just do not seem to work the way you would think they should.
