We use Vertex for sales tax in all the countries of NAM and for VAT in countries of Europe and Asia. We use this for about 70 countries.
Vertex maintain the tax update monthly and they have the information across the globe and being operated in 70 different countries , the situation to consider the rate changes is very very minimal that they did not track. I would say 1 in 100 where they would not track the rate change.
