Return on Investment

We are currently implementing Vertex into our ecosystem but have used Vertex in other projects. The ROI is great considering the support provided and also the number of resources it would have needed if we had it done inhouse.

Vertex Tax Accuracy

In one of my earlier projects, Vertex was used for 1000's of transactions and the errors were very minimal.

Our organization looks at more and more transactions to be taxed depending on the number of vendors onboarded for tax purposes. Would like to see how soon the system can be scalable for minimal downtime.

I personally think Vertex is the leader in tax provisioning for transactions created in systems like Oracle, Coupa etc. Vertex has the reliable and strong tax calculation system for invoices and the issues have always been resolved on time with your excellent support.
