Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

We utilize Vertex for all of our purchasing and sales transactions in the US and Canada.

Pros

  • Our Customer Success Representative has been fantastic in assisting with research and resolving questions.
  • The community resources provide an excellent source of information and documentation related to the Vertex line of products.
  • Communication of changes in tax laws.

Cons

  • Some of the mapping tools within Vertex could use some updating.
  • Reduced time spent researching tax changes.
  • Consistent reliable calculation of taxes at volume.
We have had very few challenges since being on the system.
We currently only have a business footprint in North America.
Ease of use and transparency in tax calculation.
