Overall Satisfaction with Vertex

Vertex is in global rollout in our company and our key Tax Calculation Tool in future for all our sales & service offerings. Vertex supports Europe and US Taxes; in US the full package rg. sales tax, use tax and VAT. Vertex plays a key role.

  • Speeded up rollout of our global Sales & Service Template worldwide
  • Single solutions replaced several Legacy solutions
  • Global Support improves User Experience
We are selling Medical devices, Service agreements and to-be-used / conumption Products (e.g. reagents). Contracts could have hundrets/thousand of line items with different tax values per line item and different per country. Vertex is capable to handle sich contracts without issues
Vertex is not offering much Implementation and Operations Support. You Need other 3rd Party vendors which Slows down Implementation Speed and create unnecessary complexitiy
Usability is Overall very good - we are handling large and complex contracts with Vertex without issues. The Integration is good into backend SAP ERP Systems and Speed of calculation is pleasent.
