  • The User Interface column width could be improved it hard to see all field
  • Vertex has helped us on audits through the taxability matrix and ECM tool we can manage audits more efficiently
  • Vertex has helped us manage use tax accruals and manage risk when vendors are not registered or do not bill correct sales tax.
  • Vertex Customer support team and Gold Support package as helped us manage our on-demand instance effectively
Vertex allows you to create custom tax assist rules that can really be used to meet state legislation needs if Vertex does not have that content yet. In addition, it has multiple tax mappings for all different state requirements.
Vertex has VAT function as well as the requirements for all industries
The O-Series Interface is very user-friendly and can clearly see rules using transaction tester and mapping tax determination features.
