Small business tool with limited functionality to meet the business's needs as it grew. A great starter tool; but ultimately one will likely move on to more complex tools.
What functionality do you need? What information do you need to know after every email send? Do you want automation? Do you want behavioral information? What kind of reporting should be available? What kinds of integration do you nee? How many leads do you have? How many emails do you expect to send per month?

Marketo covered more scope than we needed at the time.

Support did a good job getting back to me on my needs. There was one issue where I was given an "I don't know" which was very frustrating at the time because it really mattered.

No - Too small of a product to need such support when you can search the internet. There are better places to spend money.
I cant think of a singular instance. 99% of the time they were solid and on top of issues and very helpful.
