Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Vista
I use it to enter invoices, enter subcontractor invoices, release retainage, issue payments. Everything from A-Z accounts payable.
- Automatic invoicing is very helpful to make sure all invoices are getting entered in to the system
- Ability to have subcontracts pull up effortlessy
- Easy capability of issuing checks
- Selecting which invoices we are going to pay seems to take a lot time, cannot select multiple invoices at one time
- Cannot have two people entering invoices at the same always gives us an error code
- Ability to manage projects effectively
All invoices are entered as we receive them with automatic invoicing. We have the email set up for VP to create a header on invoices while moving the original invoices into a processed folder
Viewpoint is everything from A-Z not only for finance and accounting functions but for project managers as well. Epicor did not have as many functions.
