Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

Unlike other social media curation tools, Vista Social integrates all the features a social media manager requires to carry out all tasks for managing content effectively. Usually, I use a maximum of 3 social media tools/ software to plan out content and to monitor analytics. It is a great partner tool considering it saves time, making me more productive in my work.

Its user interface is easy to navigate. It enables me to easily implement my social media content plan to schedule posts across different social media platforms. The analytics per post instantly reflects in the dashboard, giving me insights on what post I can repurpose. What's quite interesting is that Vista Social has a section on Employee Advocacy, to easily monitor copies that they share to have a consistent brand voice. Lastly, Vista Social has a variety of ways to promote customer support. Aside from the usual FAQs, they have a chatbot and a quick link to send email in case we need assistance.
