We could not execute our marketing strategy without HubSpot Marketing Hub. It handles social, email marketing, list building, reporting, and so much more.
  • Social Media Post Scheduling
  • Easy User Interface to Write Blog Content
  • List Building
Cons
  • Easier Attribution
  • Targeted SEO Focus
I would recommend that you work with an implementation consultant to insure you get the most out of your investment. You want to work with the built-in features/functionality (especially when it comes to lifecycle management and lead status). It's important to not create custom fields where possible and work with the system. For small to mid-size marketing teams, this product would work well.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a great tool for email marketing, marketing automation and analytics. It's an all-in-one platform that allows us to centralize our campaigns and data without having to jump around from platform to platform.
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub as an agency for our clients.
  • Marketing Automation
  • Email Marketing
  • SEO
  • Campaign Management
Cons
  • Gifting functionality where users can send business gifts to clients/prospects within HubSpot Marketing Hub
HubSpot Marketing Hub is suited for small businesses. It's got solid capabilities for marketing campaigns, email marketing and SEO. It's easy to use and easy to integrate other platforms for an all-in-one place for businesses to see campaigns, data and performance. It's not well suited for very small businesses as HubSpot Marketing Hub would be cost-prohibitive.

My number 1 choice of CRM, but it needs updates!

We use HubSpot to nurture and track inbound leads and then push them to the sales team. The landing page tracking allows us to flawlessly track every campaign. We also appreciate the use of email and newsletter facilitation based on automated campaigns using workflows. We also use the dash boarding tools and they help automate reporting.
  • Workflows
  • Landing page Creation
  • Campaign tracking
Cons
  • Better integration with Salesforce
  • Easier template editing
  • Easier access to custom fonts
If a company is looking to automate lead capturing and nurturing, this is the right tool. It’s easy to make custom workflows based on a variety of conditions to filter leads and assign them to a campaign. The contacts section allows to see the history of their interaction with your website and open rates from the emails you sent.

We used HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing, Web forms, Workflows and centralized Contact Management. It was our centralized Hub for Marketing data. We used it across the department, for everybody from writers to Designers to Email creators to Analysts to Managers. We connected the platform to our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Centralized contact management
  • Ease of use
  • Email creative
  • Landing page management
Cons
  • Contact quantity management
  • User guardrails
  • Account management
If you have a good amount of users who have some skill with HTML and who have used some sort of Marketing automation before, it's a good fit. And even people who have never used a Marketing automation platform before will probably be able to pick it up with minimal training. If you have a high data flow system with hundreds of millions of records you may not see it as a good fit.

I use Hubspot for building and sending emails along with tracking the analytics. I post social media, build html emails, manage forms, workflows, and contact lists, etc. It basically helps me achieve everything I need as a marketing manager.
  • Easy navigation and onboarding
  • Easy to design professional emails
  • Easy to manage basic workflows
Cons
  • More customization of workflows
Hubspot has been great as a tool for a small marketing team with folks who are not familiar with how to build emails and use marketing tools. It's very user friendly and easy to manager. It remains to be seen how it will scale with us as our use cases grow.

As a user of HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can tell you that our organization uses the software extensively for our marketing efforts. We have found that HubSpot Marketing Hub is a valuable tool that helps us address several business problems and achieve our marketing goals.

One of the primary business problems that HubSpot Marketing Hub addresses for us is lead generation. With HubSpot Marketing Hub, we are able to create landing pages and forms that capture leads and integrate them into our CRM system. This allows us to effectively manage our leads and track their behavior and engagement with our brand. We also use the lead scoring and lead nurturing features to qualify and prioritize leads based on their actions, which helps us focus our efforts on the most promising opportunities.
  • Lead generation and management - HubSpot Marketing Hub provides a suite of tools for capturing, managing, and nurturing leads. The landing pages, forms, and lead scoring features are particularly effective at driving conversions and prioritizing leads based on their level of engagement.
  • Email marketing - HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a robust set of features for creating, sending, and optimizing email campaigns. The A/B testing and automated email workflows features make it easy to test and improve campaign performance, while the analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights for measuring results.
  • Social media management - With HubSpot Marketing Hub, you can manage all your social media channels in one place, schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and track performance. This makes it easy to streamline your social media efforts and stay on top of your social media presence.
Cons
  • Pricing - While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful and feature-rich platform, it can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses.
  • Customization - While HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a lot of flexibility and customization options, there are some areas where it falls short. For me it's with the limited design options for emails.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub could improve its integration capabilities with other tools, as there are still some notable gaps in its current capabilities.
Based on my experience and expertise, I would say that HubSpot Marketing Hub is well suited for businesses that have a strong focus on inbound marketing and lead generation. The platform's lead capture and management tools, along with its email marketing and social media management capabilities, make it an excellent choice for businesses that are looking to attract and engage potential customers online.

But if you have a more complex sales proces, or you need more flexibility/customization options. It may not be able to meet these specific needs.

  • Integrated Solution: HubSpot provides a way to integrate all online marketing efforts to ensure that all campaigns have a strategic and integrated focus. This allows companies to have a truly closed loop marketing strategy.
  • Customer Support: Their customer support team is second to none. They constantly have individuals available on their support team, and they quickly and seamlessly assist with support questions.
  • Innovative: HubSpot enables individuals and companies to make the most of their marketing campaigns, and utilize the latest in inbound marketing. HubSpot is always at the cutting edge on what's next in marketing, and allow their users to stay ahead of the curve.
Cons
  • I only find one area where there could be some improvement, and that is the migration process. Bringing a new customer on board can sometimes just be a bit tedious. The job always gets done well, but the communication isn't as seamless as it is with leads and existing customers.
I would recommend dedicating enough time to utilize the tool. As with any software, you have to learn it and understand it in order for it to be powerful and effective. Utilize the training resources, a consultant to help you through the setup, and attend their ongoing webinars to stay up to date on HubSpot and the latest in inbound marketing.

I am the social media manager for a Hubspot affiliate agency. And I regret to say it is completely outdated and it created more problems than solved, in my opinion. We have several clients that like to approve the scheduled posts and that is not possible on this platform I've found. We had to use a second platform and a document that I had to write up (which took even more time). In my opinion, I have used other marketing platforms in the past that far exceed the capabilities that one would expect from such a prestigious company as Hubspot. It really is a shame that this platform isn’t better, in my opinion.
  • Has a fancy name
Cons
  • Improve the social media scheduling options
  • Allow for approved users to view calendars and approve schedules
From my perspective, I cannot in good conscience recommend this platform or program to a colleague. Besides bearing the respected and highly sought after name of Hubspot. In my view, it’s more of an ornamental piece to add to a website than an actual functional platform that should be used for marketers. In my opinion, you expect so much only to be let down and completely frustrated with it.

I did not want to try Hubspot. I pushed myself and I am so happy I did. It made my work so much easier.

I am a daily user of HubSpot Marketing Hub, and I have to confess I was really reticent to using it the very first time I was introduced to it. I am using it daily to receive leads to our school, to communicate with our customers, to keep track of responses, tasks, and documents. It is very well organized and reliable, and it helps me be very organized in my work. I use templates to communicate, and they make my work so much easier.
  • Tracking communication
  • Templates
  • Organizing the day's work
  • Reliability of data
  • Offering details about which campaigns worked and provided leads
Cons
  • Setting up deals (maybe just hard for me)
  • Sharing templates with others
  • Setting up dashboards
As I said previously, I was not a fan at the beginning because, like everyone, I don't take change so well. Once I started following leads through HubSpot Marketing Hub, I integrated it with my email and created templates for what I needed, I started to see the positives immediately. My time working was better spent as I eliminated time put in routine tasks. I was able to track all communication in HubSpot Marketing Hub, we created systems in the office assigning tasks to one another and, through HubSpot Marketing Hub, our leads were able to book meetings in my calendar automatically.

To be honest, if you are in sales and marketing, I cannot think of scenarios where HubSpot Marketing Hub cannot help. All I would like to say is, when using templates, pay attention to where you send them - you may need some personalization. I would encourage the management of HubSpot Marketing Hub to create short tutorials for beginners like me who need to configure and start using various features: setting up deals, templates, and dashboards.

We use HubSpot to email our Members and prospects and report on email performance. We also store some Member/prospect information for segmentation and personalization purposes. We integrate with some vendors through HubSpot so we can ingest information from them and email users accord to the vendor's recommendation depending on the situation (reactivation and re-engagement especially).
  • Easy to use
  • Contact details on Members
  • Email scheduling
Cons
  • Reporting
  • Building emails from HTML
  • Personalization for more than 2 segments
  • No SMS
Basic email creation through a template or simple image upload or template edits is fairly easy. Personalizing the content of an email for 2 segments is complex, for more than 2 segments, it is impossible. Basic reporting on email metrics (open and click rates, unsubscribed, etc.) is fine but more in-depth reporting functionalities are lacking. It is difficult to compare campaigns or get reporting for all campaigns sent during a specific timeframe.

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub in our day to day client interactions. When it comes to connecting with our leads via zoom calls, follow-up emails, and eventually it's used as a great way to convert perspective leads. HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great platform to track all of our teams activities when it comes to creating and implementing marketing verticals for inbound and outbound leads.
  • Email Automations and Personalized Email Sequences
  • Customer Service
  • Activity Tracking/Deal Stage Management
Cons
  • Landing Pages is limited in terms of design
  • More clarity when it comes to navigating the page
  • Customization offers Salesforce seems to have more options in this space
What I appreciate most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its wide variety of capabilities, which extend far beyond a common email marketing platform and can, for example, fully connect with Salesforce CRM software. HubSpot-Academy and /-Blog are excellent resources for learning how to use the product correctly. Creating leads is almost child's play with email marketing, forms, and blog posts.

As a Realtor, we use HubSpot to act as a Client Relationship Manager and to help reach out to keep everyone informed and Top of Mind. HubSpot helps integrate these two functions into an easy-to-use platform. It also allows Linq to be used as a digital business card which puts the client directly into the database.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Digital Card Integration.
  • Email follow-up.
Cons
  • Templates
CRM is fantastic, easy to use, and allows for the flexibility to get clients in, keep top of mind, and get deals out. Email ability is seamless, with a click, you can stay in front of customers. Linq integration is wonderful. The paper cards (and the box of them that we always have after an event) are GONE!

We used HubSpot Marketing Hub both internally and for clients. We used it internally to align with our sales teams and make the most of our marketing efforts, while also helping clients implement, maximize, and manage their own accounts. Sometimes we would use in conjunction with the CMS Hub and built websites for clients.
  • Condensed the marketing tech stack
  • Data analytics and customization
  • Integrates different vendors
  • HubSpot Academy
Cons
  • Draw a tighter line between marketing and development functionalities
  • It would be great to find a way to automate SEO efforts
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is incredibly intuitive for new marketers, especially with the HubSpot Academy. It brings almost all marketing efforts under one technology/dashboard which really helps teams streamline their processes and output. We are able to manage outbound, inbound, paid, marketing efforts all in one place and track the outcomes to inform decisions.

We use HubSpot as our primary platform for Marketing and integrate with Salesforce CRM, which is the primary platform for our Sales and Business Development teams. Our Marketing team uses HubSpot for emails, workflows, ads, lead management, scoring, nurturing, and some reporting. Our Customer Success team also uses it for one-to-many emails.
  • All-in-one software - the main thing HubSpot does well is the breadth of functionality.
  • Easy of use - personally, I find it more intuitive than Marketo, which is the other MAP that I know well.
  • Ads - I like that we can drill down on ads by channel, ad group, campaign, and even create and see performance data at each level.
Cons
  • ABM - HubSpot was built for inbound marketing, which is lead-centric. There is now ABM functionality, but it's less developed than other parts of the platform.
  • CMS - I found their page builder relatively difficult to use. I would recommend using a landing page builder like unbounce as a complement to HubSpot.
  • Reporting - I've run into more limitations with HubSpot report building than I have in Salesforce.
My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is as a power user that is tasked with growing B2B SaaS companies, ranging in size from 15 employees up to 215 employees. More specifically, my experience with HubSpot is leveraging it for all things demand generation.

Go for it! Hubspot never lets your marketing plans come down.

I recommend any marketer to USE Hubspot. We initially used a free version of Hubspot where we used to store contacts. Later we came to know there is a lot to explore in the free version where we can Sync the emails, send emails, we have templates and many. So opted for a professional version where we can also get the analytics of the campigns we run. We run any campaigns through this and the delivery rate of the emails is impossibly high!
  • Run email campaigns with high delivery rate
  • Lead managing
  • Best customer service
  • Helps in lead conversion
  • SEO, Blogs and social media availability
Cons
  • Mobile app can be improved a lot.
  • Bit pricy.
Hubspot suits well for any organization. It helps you managing contacts, sending emails, Run campaigns, it shows you reports how your campaign ran, Sometimes it also helps you giving the contact number once you add the email address, Literally it also has stages where you can change it accordingly when the deal moves.

We use HubSpot for marketing automation campaigns, targeting segmented audiences with content and offers. We integrate it into our WordPress website so that it can track the user journey for contacts, and then we use the data to follow clients and prospects through their engagement with our site and content in order to serve them appropriate content and move them down the funnel to a purchase decision.
  • Email design and deployment
  • Contact record management
  • Site integration
Cons
  • Integration with project management tools
  • Automating lead scoring
  • Reporting integration with 3rd party tools
HubSpot is particularly well suited to designing, executing and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns. Being able to easily create aesthetically pleasing landing pages and emails that connect to one another and integrate with an existing site and its content is very helpful and is typically a seamless process. It's a Cadillac service, though, and for small clients it's hard to justify the cost.

The Marketing Hub is used in multiple ways. We use the landing pages to drive leads, email to keep in contact with our customers and prospects, social to grow community and awareness and ads to manage all of our social and google ad campaigns. My favorite by far is the ads. It makes it so simple to target and remarket to fans and users.
  • Easy to use the platform
  • The ads portion is so simple and makes stuff like remarketing on social platforms super simple.
  • Campaigns are excellent for keeping an eye on the all parts of the campaign from setting and tracking goals to integrating all of the pieces in one simple place.
  • Landing pages - super simple to use to create effective landing pages.
Cons
  • I would love to see some additional landing pages designs. They are effective but lack finish. You need someone that can code the landing pages to make them really pop.
  • Integrating other parts on hubspot a little better.
  • Forms could use a little help, maybe with some conditional fields.
It's great no matter what business you're in. I've used HubSpot for everything from clothing retailers to warehouse storage companies and it really fits with any industry. The CRM is included with the Marketing Hub so it makes it really simple to have all of your contacts in one place, market to them and find similar clients using remarketing/lookalike campaigns with ads.

Hubspot does a lot of things well but only some things really well

Our sales and marketing teams use Hubspot Marketing [Hub] exclusively in order to create campaigns, send emails to customers and prospects, and create automated sequences. It's helpful to have all of our content and data in one place that is easily accessible. We've also recently transitioned our website to Hubspot and we're just now seeing the benefits of being able to create quick landing pages and utilize A/B testing.
  • A/B testing has been really effective for our landing pages and emails.
  • Adding our website to Hubspot has made it easier to make fast changes and get quality data and insights.
  • Emails are easy to create and share between teams to get feedback and collaborate on.
Cons
  • While Hubspot has added some collaborative tools, I think this could improve. I'd like to see more options to comment on emails and ways of being able to share out changes as well as approval channels.
  • The ability to update ads via the calendar is pretty cumbersome. There's no good way to bulk edit or update. You have go into each one individually.
  • Real time edits would be nice. If you have multiple people working on the same thing, you'll get kicked out and your changes might not be saved.
I think Hubspot marketing is great for teams who need a little help getting started. There are plenty of out-of-the-box templates and things to choose from. There are also great testing solutions to help discover what's working and what's not. However, teams looking for more collaboration and tools to interact in real-time, I'm not sure it's the best.

We are a Semi-Custom Home Builder in Washington. We use Hubspot's Marketing tools for our website and contact database. The Marketing Hub always us to track new and current customer activity on our website. It also allows us to share online marketing campaigns with our contact base. This has increased our sales without a doubt and made our company name better known in Washington.
  • Email Marketing
  • Automated Emails
  • Increase of Lead response time
  • Integration in our website
  • Sales analytics from website and emails
Cons
  • Maybe the workflows could be better regarding time frames? Workflows are "yes or no" but could be more specific regarding time or just days of the week.
For us at Coval Homes, I don't believe we would be capable of doing what we need to do without Hubspot. Our website, email campaigns, and overall sales would be much weaker without these tools.

We utilize HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise and integrate it with our Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise to automate and manage our email marketing, social media, nurture campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows. The tool provides a very intuitive user interface and integrating the tool with Salesforce is easy with some caveats related to how HubSpot and Salesforce treat leads differently.
  • Organize, segment, and details on Contacts
  • Integrates with Salesforce Sales Cloud to augment Salesforce information
  • Email, call, and update contacts from within HubSpot
Cons
  • Revenue attribution is functional, but limited
  • No native event management module
  • Contacts currently groups Leads and Contacts from Salesforce
HubSpot is a great introductory CRM that businesses can use to digitize their contact management, sales processes, and segmentation efforts. The paid versions add power to this tool as a business scales and need more sophisticated features. HubSpot is very good at offering an intuitive user experience for both admins and end-users. HubSpot Academy offers free courses on both theory and software.

HubSpot is used by our sales and marketing department in our organization. It helps solve the problem of having our CRM and digital marketing combines into one single platform. It's great because it helps us have everything together, thus growing our business and being able to sell the platform to our clients. I would definitely recommend HubSpot.
  • Email Marketing - Better than you ever imagined, so many options and great tools. Works great on all platforms and it's very user friendly. UX and UI are the best!
  • CRM - Helpful and has a lot of information about your client, such as how they got to your website and which pages they have visited.
Cons
  • Prices - You're either a big agency, or not big enough to be able to afford it. no middle ground in their pricing.
  • CMS is not what I expected, currently it is too complicated.
HubSpot is well suited for any business who needs to integrate their CMS with their marketing material. HubSpot is a tool that helps you merge both, thus increasing your chances to increase revenue and grow as a business. HubSpot requires your sales and marketing team to learn the tool, and once your team learns how to use it, it only gets better!

Why I love HubSpot and why you should love it also.

I used Hubspot in the agency where I worked for 7 years. Currently I am an independent consulting entrepreneur and I only use the free version of both products, marketing and CRM. Even being limited versions, they are quite useful.

I have hubspot connected to my web in WordPress through a plugin and the great thing is that, thanks to collected forms, I can follow up on any conversion that takes place on my website. These contacts become part of my database on the platform, but at the same time I use it to redirect contacts to MailChimp, which I use for shipping and automation.

Additional use the tool "Lead Flows" and recently added the "forms" to that version. What I like most is the monitoring of a user's life cycle according to their behavior.
  • Content management - it facilitates the creation of any piece of content. From a post to social networks, a blog post, a mailing or Landing Page.
  • Contact management - because it allows for a total tracking of each user from reaching away until it becomes a client. Also it helps to monitor the life cycle of each contact and creating smart for debugging database lists.
  • Keyword management - I love completely handling the keywords of HubSpot because it helps you to do research, it helps you track and in each publication helps you with optimizing contents.
  • The forms - with smart fields [you can] avoid asking the same information from frequent contacts and this helps us limit our database with additional information about each person.
Cons
  • Keywords suggestions only work in English and short tail keywords.
  • Pricing more realistic for some markets
  • Maybe some ambassador or entrepreneur program
I recommend using HubSpot for big brands with long purchase cycles. I do not recommend it for retail or massive consumption brands or SME enterprises with low budget. Yes, they could use some inbound tactics, which could be implemented seamlessly with other tools. HubSpot is to go all the way, with each phase of the inbound methodology.

As an inbound marketing agency, our company relies on HubSpot for most of our activities, across the whole organization. It solves the problem of having multiple software programs by consolidating all of them into one, which is extremely convenient for all of us who use it on a daily basis.
  • Content creation
  • Data vizualization
  • Contact properties
  • Customer support
  • Email analytics
Cons
  • Easier way to access "big picture" data
  • Better collaboration with other tools
  • E-commerce capabilities
  • Video capabilities on email
HubSpot is well suited for any business focused on effective marketing, but is exceptionally suited for businesses interested in inbound marketing. It's probably not ideal for individual marketers, but it's fantastic for marketing teams with multiple people. It also requires an investment, so it's not ideal for businesses with limited budgets.

Used by the whole marketing department and all other marketing departments worldwide.
  • Landing page creation.
  • A/B testing.
  • Analytics.
  • Content segmentation.
Cons
  • Not enough reporting.
  • scoring system is very basic.
  • Analytics are not good enough.
For organizations with small marketing teams this is the best product in the market. For big organizations that are looking for more flexible systems, HubSpot is less ideal.

We are doing social media monitoring strategies, automatic sales processes, and online marketing. We can be sure of the analytics and results of our marketing at the end of the month because HubSpot Marketing Hub works excellent. It has been one of the best investments we have made.
  • I have done planning that involves automatic processes of the software to upload my leads.
  • I have no problems integrating HubSpot Marketing Hub with other platforms. It has unrivaled potential.
  • I have been able to monitor customers and then analyze their demands. The support is excellent.
Cons
  • The interface deserves to have more colors, I know they have made updates with new themes, but the colors are dull.
I recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub because it will help you upload your leads easily; you will like that most of the processes are automated. It has no software bugs and is very simplified to work with.
