Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

We use Vista Social to manage our client content marketing campaigns from beginning to end. We use it to brainstorn, plan, implement, and track strategic content designed to achieve top results for businesses. It minimized the multiple softwares we were using to just one (Vista Social) and streamlined our processes to make it more quick and efficient. It also saves us time by being an all-in-one marketing tool.

Pros

  • Analytic tracking - for links, boosting, and organic posting
  • Campaign planning - for social media and other types of content
  • Social listening - ability to track hashtags and mentions

Cons

  • Inability to post trending audio (not their fault - social media platforms don't allow 3rd party ability for this data)
  • Increased our operations by 70%
  • Saved costs on expenses by 30%
  • Enhanced our client results by 60%
It's a slight learning curve but they have built in tutorials that allow you to easily pick up on navigating the interface quickly.
It's reasonably priced compared to others and offers more capabilities for creating and implementing marketing campaigns. For example, social listening, reputation management, and employee advocacy are all tools it has that I haven't found in the previous ones. It also supports all marketing campaigns, not just social media.
