Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

Very easy to use and has a lot of important features. Scheduling and tracking analytics is crucial for me to ensure my clients get the results they need. The site allows multiple pages or social accounts to be added which does really save time and money in having to monitor the pages individually and this is the single best feature. I would say it is very useful for managers with a large number of clients because Vista Social is like a one stop shop. I have started using it very recently and hope to continue use long term.

The main downside is that it is very overwhelming at the beginning due to so many components on the dashboard which mean it takes some time to get started. The value for money also is not as good as I would like it to be.

Pros

  • Offers a range of features
  • Easy to use once you become familiar
  • Keeps much of the work across different accounts in a single platform

Cons

  • I think the price is quite high compared to hiring a person for the same task. This may put one off from purchasing as with a bit more time you can do the same job yourself or with an employee for much less
  • In my opinion, the interface is rather complicated visually and doesn't have an appeal. It is cramped with so many features that provide a sense of confusion whilst starting off
  • In my experience, the tutorials do leave a few questions afterwards regarding set up and this can take more time to figure out by yourself.
  • Lower ROI as I have a smaller business and smaller margins
  • Increased my adherence to my schedule by about 15 percent in a week

When using it for a large number of accounts, it is very useful.
When completely time strapped with very little personal time to schedule, post and record, the site does this perfectly well.

Less useful with only a smaller number of pages or accounts to amange due to complicated set up and the overwhelming number of features.
Also less useful unless you are making a large income and have high profit margins as the cost is high and it still requires a person to create the posts, monitor the analytics and complete the steps on the site.
