Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

My client needed an SMM tool for their multiple channels. This vendor has a great price for what they offer. Lots of powerful tools and channel integrations in easy reach, to make managing your multiple social media profiles, in one place, pretty easy. The UX could be better e.g. popups get in the way, lack of targeting feature with pro account. UX copy could be made more concise, straightforward, & clear.

  • UX copy somewhat bloated
  • Onboarding sometimes gets in the way
  • Excellent pricing for features available
  • Some critical features missing at lower price points
UX could be streamlined, in particular the copy (too heavy)
Better pricing vs. available features. It was a no brainer in the end
