Overall Satisfaction with Vultr
We've had static application servers with them and the services has been mostly reliable and the staff has being patient whenever we had issues with the billing. But, in my opinion, the prices are "through the roof" for the type of services they offer (VPS with no elastic computing) and they havent kept up with the market. We had to move one of our servers because a competitor was charging less than 50% for a similar product and with more services and benefits included, and a more or less similar reliability. I can give you, I think the tech and billing support is superior, but 50% overhead price for that is not really that valuable or competitive for us

it helped us launch quickly and setup our cloud migration fast and reliably, without too much if any VPS configuring besides our on app configurations requiredd. They provide very good SLAs and a very stable performance day in day out. The tools to manage your server resources are also very clean and easy to use
We use them to give support in our local market
reliability when there are connection outages in other areas or regions
It is reliable, stable and very manageable, but, I think, very expensive too
