Overall Satisfaction with Vultr

We use Vultr to host servers that we want to have higher reliability compared to our other providers. Their commitment to uptime is great, and their price is competitive. If for instance we wanted to get similar quality in AWS we would be paying a lot more. Vultr offers a great price/quality ratio.

We needed 5 resonably priced servers, that have high compute capacities but not be too expensive.
Not necesarily, as we only use one region, but we have the avility to scale other regions if the needs arrise
Our organization is quite global, so having the possibility to spin up servers worldwide is very important
Vultr is cheaper than most providers. Only Contabo is cheaper, but they have lower uptime.

If you want to have very good uptime for a cluster or a service, Vultr is the way to go. If you want pur compute power at a lower uptime some other competitors will be better priced. We use Vultr only for critical services and other providers for the hard compute.
