WatchGuard EPDR gives us 24/7 against bad actors

Before switching to WatchGuard, my team are experiencing significant delay in our old EPP Solution. Some issues includes: 1. Syncing issue of Web Filtering Policy changes, it takes minimum of 20 mins to fully sync the changes. 2. Support takes forever to provide a resolution and eventually will lead up to reinstalling the software. 3. The Web Interface is very slow. My team will take a minute or two to navigate from one feature to the other. 4. EDR solution is not accurate or not even giving us any details.

Since migrating to WatchGuard Endpoint Security solution, these issues has been address. Syncing of Web Filter Policies almost instantly. Light weight Web Interface which made our work much faster. EDR solution show data and accurate result. On top, it also give us patch management solution which is beneficial for our organization as we can monitor and schedule patch deployment.

Yes, we worked directly with WatchGuard distributor and reseller. Working with them ease. They really helped us out with our concern during the proof of concept, configuration, deployment, and even post migration of our engagement. Truly grateful to have partnered with WatchGuard on our journey to ensure our organization is cyber safe.

Although we just recently migrated and used WatchGuard product, having a unified security platform will give us benefit in monitoring different solution in one console. It save us time and they can be integrated as one solution to perform and function better. The only limitation we're experiencing is, we only uses one solution of WatchGuard which we haven't fully take advantage of the unified security platform.

Using WatchGuard SaaS application give us lesser problems at night, even we at at sleep we know our system is up and secure. unlike with tradition on premise setup, we have to closely monitor our server and network to ensure the service won't get interrupted or bugged down by bad actors or even natural disaster.
