Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security

For us as IT service provider it is a very secure product that, because of the zero-trust approach and automated resolution, makes it possible to manage and secure all our clients devices from a central place and with a small team. This allows us to focus on the exceptions and events with deviant behavior. If necessary, we can see all events that have taken place, giving us complete insight. After we switched to the WatchGuard/Panda solution we never had any incidents.

We work with a partner manager as we are a WatchGuard partner.
It is great to have all the security solutions that we implement at a client managed from the same interface. Also the events from devices from other vendors we can add to the security platform. This gives us a central location where we can see all security-related matters together. This platform includes this in the analysis of the risk score
Since we switched to the WatchGuard products the amount of incidents that needed an engineer for resolution has dropped considerable.

It is well suited for small to larger company's that need a solution to manage many customers or departments. It is less suited for a Self-employed company.
