Watchguard EDPR is one of the best products on the market.
Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security
I use several Watchguard products in my organization. I love the fact that all the products are Managed from the cloud and that I have one central location to access them all. Over the years we have had several viruses get through the network, but none since I have used Watchguard. It is nice that I can manage my endpoints remotely and that I don't have to worry about updates.
Pros
- Automatic updates
- central cloud management
- trust that is will do its job
- Support when I need it
Cons
- Cost it is a little more expensive than other products
- remote management without having to add on
- be more intuitive
- They replace my Firewall at no cost when it was struck by lightning
- They have a great support staff and sales staff
- They onboarded every product for me with out extra cost. most companies don't do that.
Insight. I have used them for years, but Watchguard pretty much handled everything with them.
I have used there cloud products for some time. It is extremely convenient to manage my products with it. I love the fact that I can manage my systems from anywhere or any time. Watchguard has really planed this out.
Watchguard cloud products have made my life easier. I can manage my Firewall, EDR, Saas and my RMM from one location and not have to remember multiple logins. the security features with Authpoint is second to none. I can't speak highly enough about Watchguard. I have looked at several competitors in the past but have never had a reason to move elsewhere.
They are all comparable, I have just had such a good experience I can't Imagine going anywhere else.
