Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security

Watchguard Endpoint Security is installed on all computers and servers in the agency and in the datacenter. The Cloud console allow us to have a perfect vision of what happen in our infrastructure. A simple antivirus was not enough. We needed a real EDR and WatchGuard bring a full and powerfull solution for that.

We worked with IT-med, a WatchGuard Gold Partner. The certified consultant is impressive and know the product very well.
All Watchguard product are centrally managed through an unique cloud console. Most of them can be cross check and bring up some intel on the potential issue.
With this unique point of management and role based rights, we can easily manage all WatchGuard products. With all logs sent to Watchguard cloud, we can have a wide vision of what is happening int the infrastructure. With NDR, we have an other tools for supervising the network flows.
The Cloud Console of WatchGuard is more user friendly. The impact of the agent on the computers and servers are less.
The no trust behavior of the agent is very interesting and efficient.

The deployment is fast and efficient. The level of protection offered by the solution is high and efficient.The configuration is easy to build through the cloud console and the supervision and reports are clear and precise.
