Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
From the very beginning of providing Internet services for MGI, we have relied on WatchGuard Network Security devices to protect our users and our infrastructure. For over 15 years, we have been using WatchGuard's devices and have completed 4 upgrade migrations as newer models are released. The ease of setup, the tools, and especially the support have been top-notch and we have yet to have any issues. Tried, true, and ultra-reliable! I can't imagine using anything else!
Pros
- Security is paramount!
- Ease of use - The UI makes changes very easy and intuitive.
Cons
- While the UI is polished, there's a number of configuration areas that are buried within others and sometimes not as discoverable as they should be. Some rethought and simplification would be ideal.
- It's more of piece of mind. I know the company is safe from external threats due to the WatchGuard devices installed.
Products were purchased through Jon Logon at Connection. The experience with Connection is always 100%.
I haven't used it widely, but I am in the process of getting comfortable with it.
