Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

We are using this solution for organising events in our organisation on large scale. It handle every thing related to events like registering, resource allocation, engagement participation as well as audience analytics. It has lots of customisation options like we can promote our sponsors during the events. Really it is very secure, robust and no downtime. It makes the virtual events superb. It saves lots of money as well as time.

  • Customisation options allow us to promote our brand as well as sponsors.
  • Recording of events is smooth and robust.

Cons

  • Mobile application not as user friendly.
  • Realtime conducting of polls or Q&A during events is challenging sometimes.
  • Helped our sponsors to get the good response.
  • Audience enjoyed a lot and helps to show more engaged during the virtual events.
  • It saves resources and maintenance cost as well.
