Overall Satisfaction with Whova
I AM Empress Gipson, MBA and I am writing to follow up on my personalized virtual experience with using Whova's app for Real Estate Investor, Co-GP, & JV Summit. I am excited how the application is user-friendly from the desktop to the smartphone. One of the features I really like is the Icebreakers because you have the opportunity warm up with the attendees and gain insight about personal interests to learning about what they do in their profession. However, the group of attendees was there to learn about raising capital for business venture projects as well as sharing the opportunity on Whova's platform. The instant message, integrations to Zoom and notifications are great communication tool. Also, because of my active participation I was ranked # 8 on Whova's Leadership board. Again, thank you Whova and Family Office Club for allowing virtual users like my business to virtual connect to events and network with like-minded entrepreneurs. So, EMPRESSNMRG, MBA & ASSOCIATES, LLC highly recommends Whova to other event organizers to provide them event app for their event attendees. Continue to help us to connect and make an impact!

- Currently, I do not have any suggestions for Whova's improvement in it's functionality.
- As an early adopter it taken time to successfully adjust to my user experience. So, I can suggest event organizers to do a brief walkthrough demonstration for new users.

- Although, a lot of beneficial service features to connect and promote your personal and business brand. There could be a process of simulation where the system can match best fits on key words in communications and account profile which serves as a best recommendation to do business. Provide examples, on how to properly present self virtually and offer suggestions. Example, in an instant message an icon of uploading contact information. Select what form of contact you are most likely to be reached.
I was introduced to Whova because our organization association use this application for their hybrid events.
