Overall Satisfaction with Whova
I used Whova at a conference hosted by the Michigan [..]. I was a speaker discussing your new technology platform. Whova aided with all the conference arrival details, event times and their location. It was an easy download app to connect with venders and additional meet and greet opportunities. I am not much for the point challenge but I did see many participated in the social aspect to the app. I would recommend Whova to other companies that are coordinating big events, it was a useful tool for all user groups.

- Speaker Timing Schedules need to better regulated. My session started when it was suppose to end for the next speaker. That disrupts the event schedule for attendees that were looking to attend my discussion.
- Event Schedules
- We were there to present our new upcoming tech and gather feedback from the potential user groups. We are not revenue driven at this moment. Launch is a year away.
- The speaker schedules got mixed up and delayed therefore we were unable to connect with the users in our category. Our product would have been better received at a Dietetics or Nutritionist Event not just a general Healthcare New Tech Event.
- In this particular situation the event wasn't a good participation fit for our product.
