Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

As a new starter, Wingman gives the ability to listen to colleagues' calls on your own schedule, as opposed to allotted times with live clients. The ability to share meeting recordings with customers is of huge value, meaning their colleagues who were unable to join or not relevant for the entire call can see what they needed to from the demo.
The play speed feature also allows you to listen quicker than having to sit in the live meeting. The tool helps with note-taking at the start to make sure nothing is missed, and then to review important calls in advance of any follow-up meetings. The search function means that the product can look out for mentions of certain competitors, and AEs are able to share any feature feedback about our own product, and any feature requests. Managers are able to provide ad hoc coaching retrospectively on challenging cases but on their own schedule too. Managers not having to shadow creates a more natural environment during the client calls.

Being able to quickly access information in the transcript, share recordings with colleagues and clients, better prepare for important meetings, and improve your skills is invaluable.
