Excellent value for Gong alternative
Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
Wingman is an excellent tool for recording demos and providing coaching to reps. It transcribes calls and provides AI feedback, tagging competitors and other topics. It also allows for saving "game tapes" for sales onboarding and a deal view. Overall, it has the functionality of more expensive options like Gong or Chorus but at prices affordable for a small business or startup.

Cons
- Occasionally, calls don't record all the way
- You need to be on top of your calendar to disinvite Wingman from external non-sales calls (i.e., with investors)
- Transcription could be better
- Account executive demos have improved in terms of talk to listen ratio
- Easier for sales manager to provide coaching and feedback
- Track deal engagement
Wingman, from what we could tell, has very similar functionality to both of these tools but at a much lower price point. It's a newer startup coming out of YC, but so far, the user experience and customer support have been excellent. Any functionality that it's missing has not been needed by our company.
