Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

I use Wingman as a note taker and to help me address the requests from my customers in an accurate way. The greatest thing about the app is the speech recognition; as a non-native speaker, I would say that it is pretty accurate and has a smooth interface. Wingman is great!

Pros

  • Speech recognition.
  • Note taking.
  • Easy navigation.
  • Beautiful interface.

Cons

  • Battlecards are great, but I would like to have examples on how to use those.
  • Add a video or something to explain to the customer that the call is being recorded.
  • Great for training.
  • Great note taker and pending task tracking.
  • Great to review "what could be performed better".

Yes

Wingman is an excellent tool for sales calls and very useful for tracking pending tasks. Also, I used it to train my customers on how to use our application. It can be less appropriate for Human Resources, as the people could feel less free to talk having the call recorded.
